Carey has been with Reliable Commercial Cleaning since January of 2012. Having already spent 10 years in the industry, Carey brought a passion for customer service, quality, and efficiency. Starting with RCC as a Client Service Manager for thirty plus Multicare locations, Carey instantly had oversight over 1 million square feet of medical locations and fifty plus janitors.
Since February of 2015 as Chief Operations Officer, Carey’s leadership has overseen the development of many operational systems such as an overhaul of procedure manuals and the implementation of new technology using mobile apps to increase accountability and efficiency at each location. Prior to the cleaning industry, Carey spent 15 years in the restaurant business as a general manager and has an Associate’s Degree in Accounting.
